I am so happy to join this great forum. I am just a regular girl trying to get fit. For the summer I am going to the gym every day, but not sure if I can keep up.
Lots of us here are trying to do exactly the same thing - except we all come from such different places - different sizes and shapes but all wanting to improve our fitness (and stay that way when we get there).
One of the best ways to do regular exercise is to find something that you enjoy. I love salsa and zumba and do one or the other almost every day (sometimes both)!!! Maybe your gym runs classes that you would like... If you havent found something that you really enjoy - I suggest that you try lots of things until you do find something that you like.
There is no denying that it does take hard work to make these improvements though.
Forums like this can help because the hard work is easier if you feel that you have friends who are trying to do the same thing.
