Hello all

Hello, my names Cian.I'm 17, 6 foot and 135pounds. I've always had a very slim physique and runnings always been a fairly good runner.However I've want to put on a bit of mass, not loads of muscle but enough to improve my mass as I'm way too slim. I have some 5kg weights which I basically lift until I can't move my arms anymore every second day. Can anyone suggest something to put on a bit more mass, money is a serious issue being a student so could anyone suggest a simple regime for some upper body, preferably involving push ups, sit ups and my weights.

Yeah I've tried that. I eat fine, due to still living with parents I get fed well, I'm rarely hungry and get 3 square meals a day, despite this I'm still underweight.
