Hello all

I'm currently hovering around the 23 stones mark, and being a very well built lad with a 58" chest, huge shoulders and 6'3" frame i've managed to hide it reasonably well, but after having my 35th birthday recently i've finally decided to get to my old fighting weight of 18 stones, i've no fear of the gym, quite the opposite in fact as i used to love going when i was playing Rugby and doing some grappling. Now at this grand old age i need to do something about my size (read; girlfriend has told me to) so i'm back in the gym doing cardio and little weights and i'm after some advice on meal replacement shakes/bars etc.

The gym i'm going to is really pushing Myoplex Diet, but i'll be looking for everyones advice or suggestions........
