Hello everyone. I'm a late 30's male who has come back into the fold of a fitness lifestyle. I was lucky in that when I was younger I could get away with really no regard to my diet and maintain my weight. Over time that changed and I put on a few pounds but nothing that was a huge deal.
However as I get closer to my 40's, and after a period of being pretty sedentary, I have decided that I need to renew my commitment to fitness. I've got a fair amount of experience in athletics so working out has never been a problem but the whole diet thing is relatively new to me.
That being said I'm pretty comfortable with it but always enjoy learning more as well as seeing others move forward. Look forward to reading everything!
