Just signed up for this...
I am wanting to loose about 25 lbs before the end of the year. Currently, I am at 175 and would like to be at 150. I also want to reduce my waist line by several inches. I try to run everyday at lunch (about 2.5 miles) or bike. I really need to be motivated in the mornings, I want to wake up early and get a nice weight and/or abs workout in before I leave for work. I just can't seem to get my lazy self out of bed. My wife is beautiful and I want my gut to be gone for her! I am saying NO to all cokes, candy bars, and French fries. Any suggestions on ab exercises/workouts and ways to stay motivated would be appreciated. I hope everyone is having a great day.

I'd focus your time on strength training (balanced routine using compound lifts) and cardio where you can fit it in.

Cleaning up your diet will certainly make an improvement.

I wouldn't focus so much on abs. Doing a lot of ab exercises doesn't rid you of your belly fat, which seems to be bothering you.
