Hi Everyone

I signed up today as I decided that it would be best to get support dring my weight loss from people who wouldn't judge. After suddenly stopping tennis, I ballooned to just over 200lbs but have not gained any more weight in the last 2-3 years. I haven't lost any though either! In january I joned a gym again and although it's tough going with my much fitter and much smaller friends I am finding it is geting gradually easier to excersise and slpwly but surely I'm feeling stronger. as I have around 60lbs to lose I suspect it will take some time, but I am adamant that I will shift this unecessary weight and that with help and support I will keep it off!

Look forward to hearing from anyone with suggestions on the best type of cardio to do and motivation techniques anyone uses when they feel like they're slipping off the bandwagon!

hi! glad your joined us! I'm a bit over 200 also...my favorite form of cardio is my walking DVD and recently I've started enjoying bike riding!
