hello im new to this chatting thing so i geuss here it goes. im in my late teens and i wouldn't say im overwieght yet but i fear im headed there. my doctor told me that i should begin to lose wieght and this is about the second time shes told me and well id liketo start. im 5'4" and i weigh 145 pounds which doesn't seem like too much to me but i geus cuz of my hieght n stuff its more. i wold say i am very active though i am always busy i play alot of sportds and maybe some of my wieght is muscle because of that but i dont know. i think my main problems is i workout for an hour and a half everyday but then i go and binge on a lot of food like 15 minutes later. i mena i run and lift wieghts and i mean im pretty good but my wieght doesn't reflect it. maybe some of its from stress too but id like to lose between ten and twenty pounds and stop over eating after i exercise. this isn't the first time ive had problems with my wieght before i did have bit of an eating disorder too so i really need to get healthier
