Hi there Aiden! I used this forum a couple of years when I lost 30 lbs and it was a great help to have support and listen to stories and advice from others on this forum. Unfortunately I gained 25 lbs since the summer after being sick for a long time.
Now I have to lose it again by dieting only - I cannot exercise much other than 30 minutes of walking per day to avoid a relapse of my illness. So I am starting to track my calories online which really helped me last time.
Today is Day 1 for me - the holidays are over and there are no excuses left.
What is your weight loss strategy?
