Ok first I want to say hello to everyone in the forums. Now I want to share my story and want you to give me advice.
All my life after the age of 8 I started to eat fast food alot, ate alot of snacks what not. Never was taught self controll. When I came here to Florida I wanted to Get better and I have. I came here on the 4th of Jan. I started this program I dont know if any of you have heard about it, its called the Suddenly Slim program.. It uses herbal supplements to boost your motabolism or what not.. I'm not here to big up a product I'm here to seek advice... So Since I have been using supplements from the program, dieting on things the program tells me to (basicly veggies and lean unfried meat) I have lost a good amount of weight.
I started the program on Janurary 12th at 396 pounds at the age of 17. I am 6'3 tall and very hell bent on hitting 296 before i leave in late june. So far I have lost 38 pounds ( im averaging a 20+ pound lost schedual ) I'm basicly cutting down my food source... eating the right foods, Exercising, Brisk walking for about an hour and a half a day (walk in the morning and nights).
Now here is where i need the advice.. I have looked around and saw opinions that it isn't healthy to lose 100 pounds in 5 months (which at this pace, I will make easily) So now I want an opinion on what you guys thing. I have always worried about excess skin too, im taking a product to prevent it and I hear because of my young age (18 in like 12 days) It will heal itself, plus I'm going to be weight training soon to tone up. I will love to hear everyone's opinion. Thank you!
