Hi i'm new to the forum, just about to begin a diet. I've dieted in the past but as i get older i'm finding it harder to shift the weight. I'm not seriously over weight, probably about 21lbs. I'm finding it hard to give up sweet foods especially chocolate so any advice would be greatfully received

excellent suggestion - journals/diaries are the best place to get support plus we get to learn lots about you - it gives you a place to record your challenges and your successes...
