Hello all forum members! I'm new over here. Let me present myself first. My name is Julietta; 23 years old. I work as clerk in a primary company. Well i am here to get tips on rapid weight loss since i am sick of being fat. I was fat since college days but i couldn't control my weight at that time and now i am obese; i don't like looking at myself in the mirror.
Anyway, i hope to find helpful and beneficial tips over here and at the same time offer a helping hand wherever possible!

Well, I didn't attain rapid weight loss, did it slow and steady.

It helps to set goals. How much do you want to lose, in how long a period?

Many people go for 1 lb per week. Will you count calories or up your exercise? Cut out sodas? Will you weigh yourself daily, weekly or monthly? Put your goals in writing here - that's a step in itself.
