Hello everyone! I know this sounds cliche, but I'm ready to lose weight. And I'm ready to do it right. I've been trying for a few years now and it just doesn't ever seem to work. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to be happy with myself.
I'm 21 and weigh 351 pounds. My girlfriend is 21 and weighs 225 pounds.
I plan on starting a diary here for our HOPEFUL progress. If anyone has any advice on diets, exercise regiments, or just general lifestyle changes, we would be more than happy to hear it!
