I've been part of this community in the past, and am needing the help again! I registered under a new name, partly because I lost the password to the old one, and partly because I think it's good to have a fresh start.
About Me:
I'm 22 years old, and just got married this past December. Right now I am 178 lbs. My last truly successful diet has been going from about 210 lbs down to 170, and I've been floundering around that point (a couple of times tipping 185 again) for the last year and a half. I am not sure exactly what weight I "want" to be at, but I do know that I would greatly enjoy it if my waist were more than an inch smaller than my hips
My biggest point of self-contention is my waist and my belly. I got a little J-Lo booty jiggle going on too, but I'm comfortable with that, and actually enjoy having some amount of curve to me. Three sets of Lady Bumps is too much though!
The Issue:
I was able to drop 40 lbs before, and had so little trouble with motivation. Why can't I find that motivation again?? Working in a mall with a very well stocked food court might be part of it, but really, I should be able to have at least enough self-control to go to the Wrap place instead of the Burger Joint.
I'm noticing that I'm about to miss my bus to work, so I can't quite finish, but at least I got started.
