Hello! Advice appreciated

Good afternoon! Wow, what a great forum. I'm so glad I came across it. :)

I've just recently made the decision to really change my body and life. I would greatly appreciate any input from you all.

My stats:
Female, 27, 111lbs, 5'1 I cant exactly recall my last BMI

My goal (as most women, LOL) is to reduce my fat and be lean and toned

My general workout:
Monday - Spinning, abs and upper body
Tuesday - 20 min on treadmill/elliptical, then legs
Wed - Upper body, yoga class
Thurs - Spinning and abs
Friday - pilates
Sat - Spinning, upper body
Sun - 40 min running and legs

My Food intake: This was Thursday for example,
6:00 am serving oatmeal with skim milk
8:15 am berries with Lite & Fit yogurt
10:30 am 1 wheat pita with veggies
11:30 am handful nuts
12:15 pm one serving salmon
2:20 pm nuts, orange
3:00 pm serving 2% cottage cheese
5:00 pm 1 wheat pita with veggies
6:45 pm 1/2 apple, peanut butter
8:00 pm serving cooked veggies, lentils, wheat pita


Yikes, that was personal! lol
I'm sorry if this info is so scattered... any advice or pointers?
