Hello! 5'1 126 pounds

Hi all!

This is my first post here. My name is Becky, I am 5'1 and started off a week ago or so at 126 pounds. Since then I have lost 2 pounds using weight watchers and doing more exercise. Yay!

I don't want to lose a massive amount of weight, but as I am short putting on a few extra pounds makes a huge difference, and I really can't carry it well.

My plan is to get down to 115 pounds, and see how I feel after that.

I have tried diets previously, not even fad ones but purely cutting out carbs at night, cutting out sugar, and I find that I just snap and gorge!

This week I've really enjoyed weight watchers, it's really helping me to think about what I'm eating, and getting a treat every day really works too :)
