I'm Laura and I'm 34. I started a weight loss program earlier in March and have lost 50 lbs since then; I have 50 more to lose and I am looking to add some things in to my program now...mainly just more outside supports that help me stay motivated. I was looking at weight loss forums and this one seemed to really have a lot of great information as well as good interaction with people. It just helps me to stay focused and motivated when I hear new things/read new or interesting information and get to hear other people's personal stories...especially success stories!!
