AHey :) I'm new to this (obviously) I'm 23, about 5'5 maybe? I weigh almost 11 stone.. I think that's about 150 lbs? I used to be 130 but I had a baby 12 weeks ago and haven't shifted the 20lbs yet :(

Could anyone give me some advice? For about a week I've been doing zumba every day for 40 minutes, I would like to also do the MoS Aeroburn dvd 5 days a week as well as zumba. I'm not a very unhealthy eater though I do have the odd bad day. Will this help me to lose the weight? If so how long would it take to lose say 30lbs?

You could lose 30lbs in a couple of months if you was on the right diet. I'm not sure how much those DVDs will help.

You need to give yourself a bit more time to see results, but if you stay consistently active and maintain a reasonable diet, you should start to see results. Have you visited the New Moms section yet? You might find a few others in the same boat :)
