Heavy Bag Training

I mentioned this to someone else earlier as great exercise and I was wondering how the forum felt. I've been doing this off an on for years and made all the wrong punches before learning how to hit without killing my wrists.

I don't use gloves or wraps and have toughened up my knuckles so they don't get trashed anymore. Power and endurance are my objectives. I wish I had a training partner for this but 3 three min rounds of jabs and combos plus 60 secs of nonstop punching really work.

Lots of great videos out there. What do you think about gloves, wraps etc and how do you train?

I'd also like to learn good kicking techniques.
