Heavy Bag Training

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but earlier today I was thinking about heavy bag training for a cardio workout and perhaps a stress reliever. I was pretty angry earlier today and I thought it might be a good way to work out some of my aggrivation while getting a workout. I'm not sure if my gym has one or not though. What are some of your thoughts on this?
 
I haven't seen a gym with one, but I've got one at home and love it. I use it more for fun than a workout, though, so I'm a piss poor judge of its training benefits.
 
Its fun to punch the s*** out of your bag. Its a damn good way to get the blood pumping as well.

My parents brought me one when I was 14 because they thought I needed to relieve some agression. It worked pretty good.
 
I have one at home, it can be great cardio and a stress reliever.

Keep those wrists wrapped tightly if you don't want to get injured
