OK, well maybe I am a moron, but how do you use one??? I picked up a basic one the other day, and the instructions showed how ti set it, but not realy much on how to use it. Can someone help me get up and running on this??
You need to find your max heart rate. There are formulas for this but they can be inaccurate. One of the better ones is 205 minus 1/2 your age will give you an approximate max heart rate. Once you have your max then you can figure out your range for a particular workout.
