Healthy's Diary I can do it

Ok I thought I would start a diary in the hope it will motivate me and maybe other mums out there to get healthier and lose weight and also tone up.

Here I go:

Thursday - 30 mins power walking on threadmill, 1 hour of body step:)
 
Love the name! It inspires positivity! I'm a mom too. I have a 10 month old little boy those are his feet and mine in the avatar. I have a long journey to get to my goal weight but I'll get there eventually. I look forward to reading your journal!
 
Way to go Healthy! I'm a mom too; I have a 4 year old and a 2 month old. Good luck, and I know you'll do great here!:)
 
I'm not a new mom...I'm a new puppy owner but somehow I think that's different ;)

another mum here - but i don't think i can keep saying its baby weight, my youngest is 11, lol.

Tuesday - 40 mins power walking on treadmill, 10 mins on x trainer, 10 mins on the bike, 50 ab crunches

I feel good!!
 
Wednesday - 30 mins power walking on treadmill, 1 hour of body combat.

I'm feeling more fitter then last week yay!!

It sounds like you've got the exercise down great!

What is your long term goal? General fitness, weight loss a combination?

You're doing great and have what it takes to stay committed :)
 
My long term goal is to be a fitter mum.I'm trying really hard to get this jelly belly into a 6 pack.I'm 63kgs but my belly is like jelly after having my son 19 months ago.

Today I did 100 ab crunches on each side and in the middle.No cardio.
