Healthy Yogurt..

Hey guys, I know yogurt is very healthly. But the yogurt that I am buying has 27 grams of Sugar and isn't that a little too much? I know once it says Fat free then it's probably got a lot of sugar but I'm just wondering which yogurt is better that has low fat and low sugar? Thanks in advance!

It's better, I've heard, to buy plain yogurt and then mix in jam or your own fruits. Less sugar, same great taste. The tradeoff is a little more effort.

yes, yes - plain joghurt. Mix in some frozen blueberries or other berries, grapes are good in it, too. And don't forget about the magic of Splenda.

I eat yogurt regularly and I was trying to find a healthier replacement for it (so I tried cottage cheese and soy culture). Actually, I tried a few new health foods, and I put up an assessment here:

i buy the dannon plain yogurt. only ingredient is milk and i mix it with cottage cheese, cinammon and davinici syrup right now.

around here I get blue bunny Lite 85 yogurt. Its fat free, and sweetened with splenda. Only 9g of carbs from lactose and the few bits of fruit in it. I can't hardly stand cottage cheese unless I have fruity yogurt mixed in.
