Hi, my name is Samantha and I'm not significantly overweight, I just want to attempt a healthier lifestyle for better living. I'm hoping to find support and get some of my questions answered. But with the new year here I just want to be in shape and healthy because lately I have been stressed and have had careless eating and exercising habits. I hope to lose 10 or 15 pounds in the next 6 or 8 months. Its not a giant goal, just a small reachable one that I am confident I can do. So good luck to me and any one else out there trying. I will post daily, or as frequently as possible what I eat that day, what i have done for exercise, and my moods and activites. Hopefull this will give me a detailed insight to my own life and help me slowly change for the better.
