Celery + hummus isn't bad.
Nuts are decent, but can be high in calories.
String cheese + apple?
I also like Greek yogurt (plain) with frozen cherries or pineapples mixed in.
Reduced fat cottage cheese.
Leftovers from a healthy meal.

Fruit isn't very long-term filling due to its mostly being sugar and water. Hmm... there are a lot of low calorie protein foods that are around 1kcal/1gram which is pretty good and filling. Like lean chicken, lean fish etc.

Other than that I'm all about veggies so I go for like.. cale and cauliflower and broccoli and such, but if you can't stand veggies on their own then idunno.

Have you tried frying cauliflower in a little oil or butter, becomes very fried-food like and not so "veggie" like, and still low in calories and very filling. Same goes for broccoli. Or broccoli in the oven with a little oil and garlic and just put it in there for around 20-25 mins or until edible.

lots of them! go to your grocery store and look around!
1) soup!
2) nutrigrain bars
3) protein bars
4) yogurt
5) low fat cottage cheese
6) lean pockets
7) pretzels or baked chips
8) low fat crackers
9) low fat cookies
10) slice turkey or chicken as a cold cut
11) bananas
12) canned fruit
13) a bagel
14) a bowl of cereal
15) a hard boiled egg or two.
16) individual serving of Italian Ice
17) frozen fruit bars or other natural Popsicle product
18) milk
ARE YOU GETTING THE PICTURE YET? that's just off the top of my head.
You have so many options, it's like.. mind boggling.
Just avoid peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. they are really horrible for you.

almonds, celery and "laughing cow" light cheese (35 calories/ wedge, very filling). LF String Cheese,

A good one is Sugar Free (SF) Jello, with SF Cool Whip, only 40 calories/ LARGE serving, and I make the jello with Diet Sprite/7-up to make it extra sweet/ satisfying.

Calorie breakdown is:
Fat - 9 calories/ gram
Carbs (sugar) - 4 calories/ gram
Protien - 4 calories/ gram

Since things that are carbs/ protien are lower in calories, some people stick to that, but just be careful that you don't eat too much sugar. Try and eat complex carbs if you eat the carbs, because it will make you full longer.

Keep on keeping on man.

I like sugar free chocolate pudding (60 calories) added to a sliced banana (100 calories)
I also enjoy sugar free jello (5 calories)
fat free cheese slices, dill pickles and a couple low fat crackers
Christmas oranges are so good right now too! They sell little mini ones where I live and they are perfect for a quick little sweet snack.
Or sometimes I make a protein shake with a frozen banana or some berries - I usually have chocolate protein powder and mix in a little vanilla extract - blend it with some water and ice and it's really filling and under 300 calories.
Some of the items Monster listed look more like meals to me so be careful on total calories listed when grocery shopping.
Try experimenting and you might find out you like more than you thought with the veggies!
