Healthy Life From Healthy Eating
It is not really difficult to maintain healthy eating, just implement what you know already about healthy meals or if you still don't know then here are five quick tips for you.
You know how it is important to eat right size portions? Yes I know that you know that.
When I reached my 198 pounds I realized that my portions is far to big then I needed, and as my stomach been adjusted to big sizes of portions, when ever I would put smaller portions, it used to tell me, I want more. However, I insisted and train my stomach to be happy with small portions. Guys I like this expression "eye is bigger then belly" I stick this on the wall in my kitchen that it will always remind me. Just do this continuously and in a month time you will see, how your portions is being reduce.
Enjoy your food and eat slower. Well, I hope you know that it's taking about 15-20 min for the brain to receive a signal from a stomach that it's had enough, it's full. Therefore, if you eat fast, you'll be overeaten before your brain knows you are full.
Sometimes we can miss judge the hunger with thirst. For example, your body was asking for water but instead we staffed with extra calories. That's not good, is it? So conclusion is, well I am not telling you that as you guess already.
Whole life is learning process, would you agree with me, never mind I forgot you cannot speak to me. However, I assume that you are intelligent enough to realize that you need to know at least basic information what you are putting inside yourself. I mean do you know how much fat you need and which fat? what is a carb? What about protein? How many calories you need on daily basis? These are just basic one. But I hope you got me.
In order to get all the nutrients your body requires, you need to eat variety of foods. On other hand you would not get bored by eating the same food every day.
Ok, I hope you will take these tips on board and make a use of them.
