hi every one , i'm glad to be a member in this forum , and i'm happy to share my informations about weight loss . and my experience with it ^^.

so let's get started ,

Losing weight can be a difficult struggle. Changing your lifestyle and eating habits is a challenging endever. Eating healthy and exercising is a great start for a weight loss plan, but it might not be enough. Many packaged foods at the grocery stores contain hidden calories. Foods that are branded “healthy” or “low-fat” and “low-sugar” can be incredibly high in calories. You may be eating unhealthy foods when trying to make smart choices.

so here is the list of the 9 healthy foods to avoid for weight loss:

1. Whole Wheat Pasta
2. Multi-Grain Bread
3. Granola
4. Tropical Fruit
5. Peanut Butter
6. Low Fat Ice Cream
7. Restaurant Entree Salads
8. Protein Bars
9. Vegetable Juice Blends

Hi, I agree with most with you on most of these foods. Tropical fruits have way too much sugar and not good if trying to avoid diabetes too. I have a strong family history of diabetes so wary of these foods. Bananas ok, no more than one a day. I would also have to add low fat yoghurt with all the added sugar like Yoplait. I go for Greek low fat yoghurt with no added sugar. The only food I would say is quite good on this list when watching your waist line is Multi-grain bread. Good brands like Burgen or other health brands are dense and full you up for long. No more than two slices are day.

- Avoid added sugar
- Include lean proteins
- Include plant proteins, like soy, beans, nuts and seeds
- Cut down on carbohydrates

Vegetable Juice Blends ?? Does it covers the Detox Juices ?

I have heard and searched a lot about it and found its good to drink Vegetable Juice in order to get the antioxidants etc. Some one please correct me.
