hi,
myself sophia,i'm new here,past one year i gained more weight,what is the healthy diet to follow and please share ur expierience with diet
 
I follow dieted and is to eat everything that is of interest and contains a protein and follow the sport hours a day
 
Well I do not follow any diet. I make sure that I keep myself from eating junk. I've seen this happen among teenagers, they skip breakfast as a part of their diet plan. Weight gain is ultimately the body’s result of skipped breakfast meals. Because skipping breakfast slows metabolism and increases hunger, this can add up to extra calories over time.
