HEALTH EDUCATION & EXERCISE TEACHING Series: INTRODUCTION
MY writings are not linked to any particular organization of thoughtful, thought-out pattern of thinkers associated to accredited Health & Fitness companies or schools.
I wish to avoid and move away from popular opinions and organized ideology groups that take the “old-ways” and make them out to be the “new ways” when presenting up-to-date information regarding health-style changes and exercise-fitness improvements.
I do involve myself to expose the “false-in-truth” and help bring awareness and attention to reality one’s intellectual-belief versus one physical behavior.
The written information is not based on scientific research or human bio-mechanical studies.
What is presented is from twenty-plus years of working with health professionals such as medical doctors, physical therapist, chiropractors, massage therapist, acupuncturist, and “special individuals” possessing the inborn ability and physical skills to heal holistically.
The common ground working alongside each of these different health care professionals were the wide array of unhealthy physical problems/issues people were living with.
The ages of which were I worked with were from eight years old to one hundred two years old.
The various genders consisted of male, female, hetero-sexual, homosexual, trans-sexual – anyone and everybody was taken on to “challenge my commitment” and to discover what I didn't know about and needed to understand of/in.
There were subjective complaint from acute-chronic disease, dysfunction, overweight, underweight, physical injuries, mental/emotional depression, and the list goes on.
My “job” was to find out if and when physical exercise could assist with the development of better-health with the improvement for active daily physical movement.
Having the hands-on experience combined with teaching physical exercise to people of all ages for over twenty-eight years, I come to realize that exercise in general is of no use when the “exerciser” does not understand why exercise, learn what is exercise, recognize how to exercise and relate who makes exercise healthy?
AND LAST, Nature, the same Nature above us, below us, around us and within us has provided me the highest form of education and schooling. There were many times I “did not know?” but made the time to find out by asking and even praying. The solution would come to heart.
No diploma, no degree, no certifications, no interference from society’s mechanical learning of human-health education combined with teaching physical exercise(s).
…Simply receiving the human-credentials in being someone that can and will help people with their present-health and understanding of physical exercise.
So Now, Let’s BE Real…
When we speak of “health” we are using the “word health” and do not touch the reality of it; the whole of health – health is a blend of one’s compassion and passion in action.
The idea of health is not real health; it is not actual health; for living-giving health is active.
Human-health is a behavior that exist in the whole field of one’s presence in being.
To recognize this is to observe your breathing right now?
To survive, to thrive, to arrive you gotta be ALIVE!
Real health of the human-being-human-body moves constantly creating human-life/existence.
Relevance to the urgency of one’s present-health and physical-wellness involves understanding over knowledge and questioning before acceptance.
When questioning this relevance of human-health, your thoughts, thinking pattern is compared to your movements and actions that will be the end-result.
The difference between perception and reality when it comes to the overall-health of your body –
What you think compared to How you feel???
There is now an urgent need for openness, freedom and liberation of understanding self-knowledge;
To challenge what you know in reference to human-health and physical progressive exercise?
The “belief” versus the “behavior” reflects truth – the wisdom is in the movement(s).
To know human-health is to understand human action.
HUMAN-HEALTH EDUCATION:
We are now becoming a well-round development of the external-physiques (overweight and over-muscular, over cosmetically done); neglecting the human-bodies biological-health. For when the inner-human body is not healthy, vital, it will inevitably lose its inborn senses and impede the total development of a human body’s harmony of living.
Understanding human-health is realizing that “health” is not a thinking mind-set but an activity of righteous actions giving back to one self – what goes around comes around, and not always in front of you.
THE RIGHT KIND OF HEALTH EDUCATION STARTS WITH MANKIND
Theories, analysis cannot understand human-health existence theoretically or abstractly. Abundant speaking, reading and writing, accumulating information about human-health do not solve human-health problems/issues.
Acquiring knowledge, gathering and correlating facts it is not to see the significance of life as a whole.
But the whole cannot be approached through the parts which are what is happening.
Theories and facts bring about no actual intelligent understanding of the total process of human existence.
Here is an example of what’s mentioned above.
When we start to work on a 100, 500, 1000 or 5000 piece jig-saw puzzle do we throw out the pieces on a table without looking at the picture on the box first?
We need to see the “whole-picture” which means not from a view-point > but from a point-of-view<
In other words, to study the human-body you use a microscope.
To study a human’s life you use a telescope!
Look at the nature or order – not outwardly but within oneself and there health its source you see.
Human-health, our overall health is its content – that, which is of substance not a style. The content makes up our consciousness in living healthy and well.
Understand that the chemistry of the human-body is in itself the health of the human-being who lives in it – the organic-body-human.
Healthy human content is living-giving substances; there must be health before there can be the expression of health.
Our many health problems/issues can be understood and resolved only when we understand ourselves as a total “active-living” process, realizing our whole psychological make-up of what and how we think-its relationship to why and how we act.
When we are aware to not so much the issues but relationship of our present-health problems we bring about a true revolution and resolution in our “human-relationship” to fundamentally change for the good inner-circle of living right and well.
The right kind of Health Education means the awakening of human-intelligence that is new and fresh and combining the right kind of exercise teaching means the “gathering” of the physical body’s inborn senses that has its own intelligence.
This is the beginning of understanding the actual health of being human and in its existence.
A vital understanding of health’s human-life is to understand ourselves first – human interactions of our own health actions associated with our way in living life.
