He was Fat AND Ugly, now he's just Ugly..

Hey everyone, I just had my relatives come visit me for the first time since xmas and a couple of them, mainly one male cousin have made an unbelievable transformation. I asked him how he did it and at first he said he'd just been going on regular walks but I could tell he was holding something back.I finally got it out of him that he's been using some methods and routines that were set out in a program called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. Not sure exactly how much weight he lost but there is a visable difference. I will try to get some pictures and exact details of how much he lost for you.

Anyone else tried it? I signed up for the free newsletter and it seems pretty helpful. Address is if you're wondering.

Cheers.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is an ebook written by Tom Venuto, a world renown natural bodybuilder and trainer. It is really basics that he transcribes in his ebook, but I would recommend anyone to keep a space for it on their bookshelf! Depending on how knowledgeable you are regarding fitness, you will either learn a truck load or you will see the big picture laid out for you in a nice, concise road map. It is well worth the money.

Just a note... this book focuses primarily on nutrition. There are smaller sections related to goal setting and understanding your mind, as well as exercise.

I purchased and probably owe my progress almost completely to him. It's what really started me on the right path. It contains everything you need to know to go from wherever you are to 4% bodyfat.

Yet it's still the basics. I think it's just really obvious in hindsight but before you read it it's not so obvious if you get what I mean.

The book IS the basics. Every aspect. BFFM could very well be renamed the nutrition and fitness primer for the absolute beginner. It gives you a SOLID understanding of everything from determination/dedication, to nutrient ratios and how they are used by the body. Not to mention tons of advice on lifting routines and cardio schedules + what to do when you plataue.

Tom Venuto is a very smart man.

Tom is great. I recommend his book to many of my clients who are just starting to change their lifestyles. And I am not one to quickly recommend another man's product. I think there is soooooo much garbage out there on the market today when it comes to fitness and nutrition, that when I do find a product worthy of a recommendation, I reeaaalllly recommend it. This book passes that test with flying colors!

Thanks guys. Just purchased it then, been impressed by the first few pages as Tom certainly knows what he's talking about...hopefully I can surprise a few people at Xmas with my transformation!

Good luck! I have found that book to change people's lives more than any other. So have fun with it.

Also, when you are done and ready for some new reading, really listen to the people Tom recommends in the back as recommended authors. I have really embraced Anthony Robbins, a motivational speaker that Tom has used.... and he has literally changed my life.

Take care!
