Hello, I have lost a lot of weight sence I started dieting. I still need to loose 20 or so pounds but I'm over eating now. I have gained some, so now I have to loose about 30. Consuming over 3,000 calories a day is way to high, when my target calorie intake is half of that. So, before I end up were I was in the beginning I'm coming here in hope to find support on beating those peanubuter cravings.
