Having trouble with weight loss

I am 32 and when I started trying to lose weight 3 weeks ago, I was 262lbs. Now I am 242 and have been stuck there for a few days. I have completely changed my diet. About 75% of the food I eat is fruit and veggies. I have a fruit smoothie in the morning in a 32 oz glass with some protein powder. I ride an exercise bike 30 min in the morning and 30 min at night. It has the handles on it so I am working my legs and upper body. I havent tried to calculate my calories but I am probably eating around 1200-1300. That is half of what I am used to. My normal day is the shake in the morning, at around noon I have some fresh fruit, lunch is carrots, cucumber, celery and some lean meat or fish(about 4 ounces). Then dinner is usually a little starch like rice and some fish with another heaping helping of veggies. I know I drink enough water. More than 1 gallon per day(I sweat alot so I need tons of water).
I think that I am doing everything right but I am stalling and it is very discouraging. I have totally changed my eating habits and it has been pretty easy. Am I doing something wrong??? Thanks

Jesus! You lost 20lbs in 21 days and you wonder why your progress has stalled?

Listen, there's nothing safe or long-term about losing more than 2lbs of body fat per week. You've been losing almost 7lbs, undoubtedly a lot of that is muscle mass and water likely because you're starving yourself.

Stop.

Read the stickies here. Post your height, weight, age, daily lifestyle and we'll estimate a calorie intake for you.

Right now you are eating fewer calories than what they give to coma patients in an IV. And those people aren't cycling 60 mins a day (some aren't even breathing on their own...)
