havent been here for awhile but here some more progress pics

i went from 183 lbs to 117 in 7 months had alot of toning to do ... i have three boys 2 4 and 6 i fell off the wagon around the holiday and worked out to different routines which i didnt find working... so i started back to my old routine 7 days ago and here are my week progress pics from ,y old routine i love it works great.... any questions jus ask anad please do lemme know if u see a difference the one in the white bra is 7 days ago the one with the bathing suit is today
 
well im 5'2" and my routine is just doing the biggest loser workout number one and thats it and watch the way i eat and lots of water and thank you guys so much it does make me feel better but im glad and hope oit can help motivate some of u
 
oh trust me i have three kids i think they contribute to the weight loss considering they are all boys and its like wwf in my house lol

I remember your thread from a long time ago. You looked great then but even better now. I see more muscle tone now. Freet fru! :D Please smile more though, you have a very pretty smile. :)

i actually lost 60 or more pounds since 11 2006 i been now working out for two years i dont play sports just watch what i eat (most of the time) and work out th eleast 5 days a week to the biggest loser workout video number one im telling y9ou it delivers results and makes you feel good
