Have been stuck for a month, can some one help?-

Well I started off at 189 back in September, and I have been stuck at 181 for about a month, I read the troubleshooting post but still I changed my diet, counted calories, and I have been weight training and doing "The Pit" work out, and still nothing, I don't want to give up I have sacrificed a lot. Can any one suggest something?

How many calories are you eating a day? How many meals? what kind of weight training? what is the pit?

I am eating 2200 calories a day, moderate weight training just two 35 pound dumbells to work out my back at my arms, the pit work out is a type of MMA routine first day I work upper body, second day I work lower body, and third day I do a full body work out.

You need to do better weight training, and it needs to be full body. Just training those body parts with those weights will do pretty much nothing for you.

You need to set up a cardio routine. Go look at the HIIT forum, in particular the sticky.

I think you're eating a bit too much. What kind of foods are you eating? how often do you eat? be specific.

Well I dont have time to eat much, just 3 times a day. Morning is a cereal or yogurt along with a protein shake, two scoops mixed with water. For lunch eather subway, or I go home and make me a tuna sandwich and a small salad. Dinner I usually eat chicken brest with veggies, then do the The Pit work out for about an hour, then have eather a yogurt or a quick boal of seria, and through out the day I manage to drink a gallon of water.
