Hate My Arms!

I absolutely hate my arms! I have started my own weight loss program but I don't know what exercises to do on my arms to sift the fat and tone them up. I have no dumbels or weights at home and don't know which ones to buy. Most of the women's hand weights are only up to 4kg. Is that not too light? Please help...
 
for excercises that focus on the arms, you want to do primarily bicep curls, tricep pulldowns, etc. do this with some fat burning cardio, you will burn the fat off and grow some muscle. do not be afraid of muscle, the more you have the greater the fat burning potential. if you want a cheap piece of excercise equipment, find some resistance bands. there are literally thousands of excercises you can do with them and different variations to make them harder.
