I recently read an article introducing teas and other natural health products that would aid in losing weight. Bio3 Natural Health Products offers a wide variety of weight loss teas and supplements. Does anyone have suggestions as to which is the most effective?
Thanks for your help

I can answer you.

None. It's a fraud and a scam. There is no herbal tea that will make you lose weight except for having to use the bathroom alot. That's not weight loss.

There is no magic herb that will make you lose weight. Replacing a steak with a salad will. Weight loss is pretty much calories in vs calories out. Eat less than you burn and you lose weight.

So that is a great big hell no.

Do you have any questions about how to actually lose weight or are you someone trying to push a product (we get alot of those here)?

I'd bet they have a diet plan too, something along the lines of
breakfast: tea
mid snack: tea
lunch: tea and a chicken fillet
dinner: tea and some vegetables
nothing after 5pm but tea.

So you swap your normal calorie intake for ....tea, you swap all those calories for no calories. You lose weight.

It may well mean you lose weight but don't be under the impression its the tea doing anything: its all your own hard work combined with water and some leaves to taste.

The only way to lose weight is to have fewer calories going in then coming out, consume fewer calories and work out the best way to do this in your own way (as everyone is different) but its also important: work out the best way you can sustain this long term. If you cut down too much and don't eat anything, trying to keep that up is neigh impossible and once you start eating it will be hard to reel yourself back in (you don't eat and your body will send out strong un-ignorable hunger signals to get you to eat and replace what you missed and then some more for safety).

Moral of the story is: there is no such thing as a diet- its just healthy eating and in moderation. Cut some back to lose weight, replace a little of what you cut back to maintain the new weight.

Yeah, I tend to agree with Jericho. I've tried a green tea that was meant to help you lose weight but of course it doesn't. The only way you are going to be successful is to develop good healthy eating habits. Stick with whole foods not your processed rubbish and do some form of exercise everyday. It's the only way.

I can say I drink green tea almost all my life since my grandparents introduce it to their offsprings. It became a habit for us to have a pot boiled each day for regular consumption. Nope, it doe not helped any of us loose any weight but did actually helped maintained it to a certain degree. It just cleanses the toxins from your body so that food consumed can easily flushed out of the system, especially bits of unwanted fats.Nothing drastically major to the extend that one can loose inches within a specific period....

Funny you would say that considering a little backtracking of your account shows you are an Online Niche Marketer.

If you want to stay and help with real advice or if you need help with your own weight loss, fine. Don't come here selling your crap.

Also I'll ask you what we usually ask people who makes these claims: Define which toxins are removed.

Some of this company's products: "Obesity Slimcaps for removing harmful fats and toxins; Cellulite Slimcaps for fighting fat deposits; and Artichoke Slimcaps for metabolizing fats."

What a load of crap, sorry. There's that magic word "toxins". Like Jericho asked: what toxins exactly? And how are they "removed" by some tea or pill? Our livers metabolize and eliminate toxins -- pills don't. And a pill to fight fat deposits? That's just so ludicrous it doesn't even merit a response.

Eat clean, healthy foods and combine this healthy eating with regular exercise. Maintain a caloric deficit of 500-1000 kcals/day and you will lose weight. It's not rocket science, and there's no need to ingest potentially unsafe diuretics/laxatives to get the job done.

Hi jericho. Im not selling anything and Im just helping out my hubby to start out his weight loss business. Im sorry if my actions offended you. You cannot expect anyone that comes in is an expert. Im sharing my experience as a regular person. I can't help it if someone says my advise is worthless.

BTW your forum is also selling weight loss plr articles which appeared on google ads on some threads. My hubby is selling crap? I guess not.Perhaps you are not aware.

So you do admit that you are here to sell weight loss products. The forum rules are specific on that aspect. Please don't try to sell them anymore. Thank you.

As for the ads on the site, you would have to talk to the site owner. We mods just enforce the rules.

ROFL... aaahhhh...logic.

i guess herbal supplement are not entirely useless. i'm sure God must have created them to for purpose. I know for a fact that they have antioxidants to boost the immune system and they do trigger weight loss even if it's for a tiny little bit.

Thanks for the feedback from some of you all. It's at the point where you've lost enough but can't lose the rest. I guess it's naive but there's no hurt in asking. I always try to look for new things and I've been good about eating good and exercising daily but thought there would be a something else I could do or even take to get down to that healthy range. Ugh.

Well hope everyone has a great week.

I don't agree. The answer didn't make me think this was our typical spammer type. I think Iz was honestly answering hoping for something to help finish the weight loss journey.
