In addition, I work one upper and one lower body muscle per day, however i work each muscle in as many ways as pos in one workout. i.e. if im working chest, i'll do bench, incline, decline, and flys. or lats from three diffrent angles. A good tip i picked up for shoulders. instead of working front, mid and back all in one day, you get much better growth working them on diff days, if u have the time. thats why splits are good.
