Has anyone tried a 5 day Split?

Anyone have good success with a 5 day split-m-f. Im thinking about getting into one. Maybe 4-5 excercises a day. Let me know
 
I do a 6-7 day split once a month. working 1 upper and one lower body muscle every day, for 30mins each
. works well as long as ur not doing too much cardio
 
In addition, I work one upper and one lower body muscle per day, however i work each muscle in as many ways as pos in one workout. i.e. if im working chest, i'll do bench, incline, decline, and flys. or lats from three diffrent angles. A good tip i picked up for shoulders. instead of working front, mid and back all in one day, you get much better growth working them on diff days, if u have the time. thats why splits are good.
