Has anyone read/heard of the book "The Thigh gap" and does it work to shrink legs?

I stumbled upon the book "The Thigh Gap Hack" and am considering purchasing it to get rid of the thick thigh problem I seem to be having.
Supposedly, the book has a different protocol for losing fat and one for losing overdeveloped muscles. I've played soccer almost all my life and think I have the overdeveloped muscle problem more than a fat problem. But I can't find anything definitive online about losing too much muscles in the legs. Every person I've asked they say I"m imagining it but they don't have to walk around on them and I kind of know how I'd like my legs to look (it's not the way they currently look).
I'm wondering if I should buy the book... has anyone else bought it / read it? are the tricks any good?
