Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone here has ever had success with Weight Loss Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?. I read that if you can change the way your mind thinks about eating food (then you can lose weight by doing so, by convincing yourself you only need to eat a little instead of alot).
Lots of skinny people I know only eat because they are hungry. And here I am eating because I love the taste. I binge almost all the time.
