I've been doing well with eating healthy and I've lost 12 lbs, but I really want to kick start an exercise program. I hate the gym, and I'm always looking for activities that get me moving.
I've been looking at a local fitness bootcamp. It would be 5 days a week for a month. The only concern I have is that it starts at 5:30 in the morning. I'm NOT a morning person. Has anyone done one of these? What were the results?
Also, if you're not a morning person, did it keep you motivated enough to get out of bed that early?

Hi there! I took part in a Bikini Bootcamp last Spring, and it was great! A wonderful addition to my regular workouts, and really stretched me. My endurance increased and my measurements decreased, which was good enough for me! I look forward to taking another bootcamp this Spring.
