What are they called?

And How much money do they go for.

(you tie them to a Bar (like a pull up bar) and you hang on them to do excersise)
 
I found out the name. They are called elbow slings, and I checked in sports authority, and they dont have in 2 locations that i have gone in.
 
I have them... They connect to a chin bar with carabiners. They ROCK! Excellent for lower abs and obliques.
