i got very small forearms, i was just wondering if i get enough exersice on the Hand Flexors by doing all sorts of other exersices or if i should use a seperate exersice to strenghten these.
im on the bill star 5x5 program i was recomended if you need to know.
wrist curls in front and back are good, can you get your hands on a bucket of rice?
or just carry a racquetball or tennisball and squeeze it all day long
what are your other proportions like?
do you have small biceps, triceps, lats, traps, pecks?
if everything is small then all weight training will help your forearms.
