So, yeah. this is my first post, so I'm not all that comfortable talking about it.
I have asthma. Always have been since childhood. I can't remove it.
The issue is, I want to know exercises that can help me lose weight, without triggering my asthma attacks. Usually when I exercise, I experience short episodes of asthma, and it isn't that vigorous exercise, too. And sometimes, my heart rate goes fast, but I don't sweat at all!
I'm 15 years old, 74 kilos/163 pounds. I really want to get fit despite of my asthma.
I'd really appreciate it whatever replies y'all will give me.
