Hi. I'm a female, 18 years old 5'1" and weigh 168 lbs. I am wanting to weigh 110 or perferrably 105 lbs by the end of July. This gives me roughly 30 weeks to lose 63 lbs, or nearly 2 lbs a week. Can anyone give me any helpful hints on how to lose this weight to reach my goal weight?
