Does anyone know if there's a standard gym temperature?
I ask because our local gym is pretty warm inside. Like 75F of more (24C). This is about OK for lifting weights but for an hour of cardio the heat makes a difference. I feel drained if not outright queasy after hitting the elliptical for an hour.
Does anyone else notice their gym's temperature creeping up?
BTW - I live in Texas and air-temp is 90-95F(32-35C) in the afternoons and the gym AC can't seem to keep up. I dread July/August temperatures.
