Gym nood in need of help

Hello all!

I just enrolled for a 6 month gym membership. I'm 5'11'' and weigh 79 kgs (174 pounds). Lots of fat around the tummy and thighs. I would really like to lose around 6-7kgs during this period.

Currently my work out regime is about 5-6 days a week.
I run at 10 kmph for 15 minutes which I plan to steadily increase. After that I cycle for another 20 mins. I alternate between abs and weight exercises.

I have also decided to go healthy.
Here's my current diet plan bearing in mind that I'm a vegetarian.

Meal 1- Muesli or Oatmeal, an apple, 2 Slices of Whole wheat bread and a cup of coffee (Bkfast)
Meal 2- Sandwich (whole wheat bread) with lots of greens and egg whites (Lunch)
Meal 3- Digestive whole grain biscuits (Snacks)
Meal 4- Fat free yogurt and an apple/banana/orange (Dinner)

I wanted to know
1. Is the work out plan alright or should I change anything?
2. Your view on my diet plan?
