Gym for first time tomorrow

Hey guys,

I've been putting it off for awhile, but I'm going to the gym tomorrow morning. I'm going primarily to build muscle as I have lost the desired weight, and plan to tone up. My friends parents own the gym and if I go with her I get in for free, so that's a big plus. I've never been before so I'm a tad nervous as to the lack of experience with the equipment, and of course the assumed muscle men to be attending.

Any words of advice? What to focus on? Steve sent me a workout plan a few months back so I might read that to rejog (no pun intended) my memory.

Yeah, I plan to stick to that workout plan once I learn all the equipment and stuff. Just a bit nervous for a first timer. :)
 
You can stick with your plan for a couple months. Just see the progress and make a journal. And then you can evaluate the changes that appears
