Im 13 and already have build some puscles.I do 2 sets of 25 pushups daily. I also do 10 pullups n chinups daily.I also do weight training of 3 kg alternate day.But now some say this can stunt my growth or i wont be able 2 build muscles later.o please give me ur suggestions.
