guys i need motivation!

hiiii!!
Hey guys! I'm really worried I'm not being able to get rid of xtra 20 lbs which i gained in 6 months after my marriage, I startde taking oral contraceptive pills & huhhhh I gained 20 lbs in 6 months. I have left the pills now, but havn't gotten rid of xtra lbs.. so I'm joining novemer challenge.
I'm hitting gym everyday since 2 weeks, but I need to control my taste buds toooo!:mad:
Motivate me!!!!:D

welcome to the forum. Well if motivation is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. One suggestion if your up for it is to start yourself a diary. It's a great venue to find that motivation you're looking for. You might find it's exactly what you need. :)

I really think there's a difference between motivation and support. We're here offering and receiving support, but motivation can only be found in YOU!

You're here, you're going to the gym - you're taking the steps you need to take to reach your goals. Ask yourself why? Why do you want to lose the weight? That's where you'll find your motivation :) Along the way, we can encourage and offer you support!

It's often times a long, hard struggle, but that doesn't mean it has to be drudgery - finding a new you takes time and work, but you DESERVE to be fit and healthy and you CAN reach your goals!

Again, welcome to the wlf, and like Mike said, consider creating a diary here!
 
Motivation Comes From You

I am with M2M. Motivation comes from inside of you. Find something that really floats your boat that maybe you can't quite do because of the extra pounds. It can be anything. Maybe it's not being able to wear certain clothes, or maybe it's not being able to do a certain thing. Or, it can be that you are having a difficult time doing something that you really want to do.

Grab ahold of that and move in that direction with every fiber of your being. It is going to take a lifestyle change. You just can't pop a pill and find motivation. For me, my wife and I are adopting a baby. The baby is due on Nov. 16. The mother is scheduled for a C-section. I have lost 35 pounds since July 15.

Reach way down and find that reason "why" you decided to start losing weight in the first place. Find it and put it in front of you. Pursue it with a passion. And when you get to that place of success, celebrate. Go ahead and plan your celebration right now because you are on your way.

And remember, have fun in the process.

Yes motivation does come from inside! I have written doown all the bright reasons for which I want to lose weight, & I have pasted it on my bedroom wall. I'm in for nov. challenge!!! I'll start the diary soon tooo!
