Hey all!
Thought I would post some pics on my progress. Seeing other people on this forum has been such an inspiration to me and proof that it really can be done. So I take my hat off to all those people who have been successful in reaching their goals.
I'm 20 years old an since a few months ago have changed my diet to a very healthy one. I am working out at least an hour everyday, be it jogging or on my crosstrainer, or just walking. My starting weight was 255 at the end of October, current weight is 225 (30lb lost, heheh) and the first goal is 180. End goal being about 155/160.
I have a few questions i'd like to ask you guys that would help me loose it a little bit faster. Currently i'm drinking 2 litres of water a day, hopefully its enough, if not let me know
. The other thing im worried about, will that flap stay like that and will I have excess loose skin? Could that be solved over time via situps ect? Not really interested in weight training, trying to get smaller here, I wanna be scrawny!
And if not, would a tummy tuck be viable (cost no matter) when the weight has been lost? Any other tips you good folks can offer would certainly be appreciated. Thanks
