grrrrrrrr

Crap. I just relized that I wasted 1/4 of my summer lifting NO weights at all. I was so busy, that it made giving up, and forgetting about my goals far too easy.

But my goal will stay the same, but I need to work harder now, much harder... Theres a few things I'll have to change. Since my goal was to gain 20 pounds, of as much muscle as I could. I'll have to change it to, as much fat, and muscle as possible. My body fat % is very low anyways, I'm 5'10, 140 pounds. So about 10 pounds of fat wont hurt.

I'm starting tomorrow, I would today, but I hurt my arms water skying yesterday, and they should be better tomorrow.

This time, no wasting any time.

One question - What would be the best weight gaining foods (other than weight gainer supliments), that will be good for muscle gain?

Eat alot of meats, rice, beans, bread and everything that has protien in it. Try to drink 1/2 gallon milk daily. Im sure youll gain 10lbs in 3 weeks.

I know. That is one of many goals, I have. I keep pushing this goal away, and making excuses. Though this is one I want to complete, and feel like I need to complete by the beginning of the next school year. For many reasons. I could sit here typing the reasons for hours.

Putting on fat is not something I want, but it will also help me while bulking later.

This is the time of year I have enough free time to complete this goal, during school I will loose a lot of that time.

Anyways. So far all I have gained is muscle, which is making parts of my body, where I don't have much muscle look VERY skinny, which looks really weird. My chest is so much bigger than my stomach, my biceps are MUCH bigger than my wrists.

The only difference that I am doing with my goals, is putting fat on my body faster.

As long as I stay active, this shouldn't take it's toll on my body in any way. If I sit around, than it will affect my heart in a VERY small amount, which could be repaired with less than a month of cardio.
